As members of TEAM (a national association of Independent Agents) we are able to offer both vendors and prospective purchasers the advantage of “Multi Listing” a strategy rarely used in this country but none the less highly effective. Essentially TEAM agents are linked via a centralised computer system that allows each agent to access all properties on the system (and print details) therefore allowing vendors to reach a wide audience of potential purchasers while prospective purchasers can identify an equally wide array properties that meet their criteria. Formed in 1989 “The Lettings Centre” based in our Newton Abbot Offices has grown to be one of South Devon’s leading agencies covering an area from Exeter to Plymouth and Okehampton to Totnes. The Letting Centre manages a substantial portfolio of property for both, individual and multiple landlords as well as providing a Tenant Find service for those simply wishing to identify an appropriate tenant. Understanding that a property is often a client’s most valuable asset our Lettings team are happy to provide a no obligation appraisal of a property’s current market rental value prior to an owner/ landlord reaching any decision.
