Basic Terms:
• Grazing Licence from 1st April to 30th November 2023
• Grazing with Sheep and/or Cattle.
• Mowing permitted with one cut only prior to the 15th September 2023
• NB there is a footpath through OS2324
There is a Contract Farming Agreement in place with the Contract Farmer having obligations to trim hedges, maintain boundary fences, spraying/cutting of weeds, fertilise if required.
ii) 13.17 acres of permanent pasture to let on a Grazing Licence Arrangement at Aish Lane, South Brent
Basic Terms
