Westcountry Property London Exhibition

The recent exhibition of Westcountry property held by the Property Sharing Experts network at its offices in George Street, London W1 was a great success - the event attracted potential buyers from the local Central London area and as far afield as Orpington and Heathrow.
Buyers were looking for a wide range of property, many in the £350,000 - £500,000 price bracket and most for homes to relocate to, although there were also many enquiries from those looking to own a second home.
Several of these potential buyers have arranged to travel down to the Westcountry over the next couple of weeks to view properties.
Steve Alford said: "The London office deals with enquiries on a daily basis for our Property Sharing Experts network, but for us Westcountry estate agents to be able to talk face to face to potential buyers and give them much more specific advice on their chosen locations proved invaluable; we will certainly repeat the exhibition in the New Year."
