Countryside Stewardship Capital Grant Scheme for Hedgerows and Boundaries

Application Window for Capital Grants Now Open
This scheme offers capital grants up to a maximum of £5,000 for the restoration of boundary features including hedgerows, earth banks and stone walls. Items covered include hedgerow laying, coppicing, gapping-up and casting up, stone faced bank repair and restoration and stone wall and earth bank restoration.
The scheme is competitive and successful applicants will be offered a two year agreement within which to complete the work.
The Closing date for applications is 30th April 2016.
