Exeter and Devon Growth Plan

Teignbridge, Mid Devon, Exeter and East Devon councils are preparing a Greater Exeter Strategic Plan which will look forward to 2040.
In particular, in a call for sites as part of the consultation process, they are inviting people to submit land for housing, jobs and infrastructure uses.
Now is the time to put forward any land that you think may be suitable for development.
The consultation ends on 10th April 2017. Please contact your local office for advice or assistance.
